Basic Service Engineer Training

This service training is especially suitable for service engineers who are familiar with CNC machines but have little to no experience with SafanDarley machines. During the basic training you will be trained for installation, programming, mechanical and electrical adjustments, electrical diagrams, safety guards, first degree fault finding, tooling and product programming for all SafanDarley press brakes. EC10, EC20 and EC-Profiler.
We have a limited number of participants so please register as soon as possible. Class starts everyday at 8:30AM and ends at 4:30PM with the exception of the last day, class will end no later than Noon on the last day of class. SafanDarley will provide lunch Monday through Thursday and one group dinner during the week. All other meals, travel, and lodging costs will be the responsibility of the attendee.

Advanced Service Engineer Training
with Mike Doucette
This training is for service engineers who have been trained in the past by SafanDarley or are very experienced with SafanDarley equipment. During this training more specific aspects of the SafanDarley equipment will be trained. All press brakes produced from 1st of January 2016 will be equipped with a Sigmatec embedded controller. Therefore this new system architecture will be explained and trained. Specific features of the angle measurement, bending aids and advanced parameter settings will be also be covered as well as the Hydraulic H-Brake, Hybrid and new H-iBrake machines.
